Lauren is a Plymouth based nutritionist with a Master's degree with distinction in Human Nutrition and is registered as an Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, and a member of the Nutrition Society.
Lauren is a nutrition coach who works with active people who are working hard but not seeing the results they desire. Lauren can educate and empower you to fuel your body, gain muscle and strength, and get the best out of your training and sport to reach your full potential.
Lauren specialises in performance nutrition, body re-composition and nutrition coaching.
